Black bituminous-coated Y-profile picket (standard tar-dipped finish), 1.50m × 1.58 kg/m (~2.37 kg each). Light 1.5m picket for low-pressure cattle and 1200mm hingejoint fencing on soft river-flat soils, hobby farm paddock dividers and deer netting in protected market gardens. Save on spec where the ground is soft and pressure is light. These are common uses, not the only ones — pickets are versatile, so use them however suits your job.
