How we ship
Port to Port.
Direct to you.
We're a family operation based in the South Australian Mallee — but we don't ship from our address. Your order moves directly from the import port to your nearest local port, then out to you. No warehouse stop, no double handling, no inflated freight.
Loxton / Murray Bridge, SA
Our family farm sits in the Mallee between Murray Bridge and Loxton, South Australia. That's where we run the business from — but it's not a pickup yard and it's not where your stock comes from.
Keeping it lean is how we hold prices down. No retail shopfront, no middleman warehouse — just a family running the orders.
Import port → your local port
Containers land at the Australian import port and are routed straight to the port nearest you — Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Fremantle, Adelaide, Darwin or a regional depot. From there it's a short final leg to your gate.
That's why driving to South Australia to "pick up" doesn't make sense — your stock was never going to pass through here.

No pickups, no walk-ins — there's nothing here to collect.
Stock doesn't sit at our address. It moves port to port, then out to your door. Coming to us would mean a round trip to South Australia for nothing — your gear isn't here.
Our property is also our family home and working farm, so for insurance and safety reasons it's closed to the public. Tell us your postcode and we'll route freight from the nearest port — it's almost always cheaper than the fuel to drive anywhere.
So how do you actually get gear?
Three simple ways. All of them end with star droppers stacked at your place.
Local port to your gate
From your nearest port, a sideloader rolls the pallet straight to your property. Truck self-unloads — no forklift needed your end.
Depot pickup near you
We can hold your order at a metro depot in any capital city, plus most major regional hubs. You collect when it suits.
