Shipping & Delivery Terms

Last updated: June 2026

1. How our freight works

We are a direct importer. Containers land at the Australian port closest to you — Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Fremantle. From there, we quote door-to-door delivery to any Australian postcode as a separate leg.

2. ETAs

All shipping and delivery dates are estimates. They depend on shipping line schedules, port congestion, customs, weather and road conditions. We are not liable for losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control.

3. Receiving the goods

You are responsible for:

  • Safe truck access to the delivery point;
  • Suitable unloading equipment (forklift, telehandler, tractor with forks) and a competent operator;
  • A person on site at the agreed delivery window to receive and sign for the goods;
  • Inspecting the load and noting any visible damage on the delivery docket.

4. Demurrage, re-delivery & waiting time

If delivery is refused, missed, or the driver is unable to unload due to lack of equipment, site access or available personnel, you will be responsible for re-delivery, waiting time and any container demurrage charged by the shipping line. These are passed through at cost.

5. Risk & insurance

Risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch from the port or yard. We recommend you carry transit insurance for high-value orders. See our Terms of Sale for the full position on title and risk.

6. Damage on arrival

If goods arrive damaged, follow our Returns & Refunds Policy: note damage on the delivery docket, photograph the goods and packaging, and email us within 7 days.

7. More detail
